Your pregnancy by the week should be closely monitored especially if you are near your due date. I'm sure by this time excitement fills the air and the nursery is almost ready. By week 36, the fat is dimpling on the baby's elbows and knees and creases will form around the neck and wrists.

The baby's gums are very rigid as well. On this period of your pregnancy, your baby could drop into the birth canal at any time now. You should have gained an average of 25 to 30 pounds and consuming about 2400 calories per day. Your body is working hard so you have to provide it with the right amount of fuel. Watch what you eat and always opt for healthier alternatives.

At 36 weeks pregnant mothers are becoming even more anxious to see their baby, it is necessary to note that few women deliver on time. In other words, they either experience labor before or after their due date. So if you're 36 weeks pregnant and planning on that specific date, don't be too let down if things unfold differently.

Most women, who are 36 weeks pregnant, are extremely concerned with the preparations for their new baby. They are shopping for baby clothes and diapers just like the baby has already arrived. This process may seem weird, but is entirely natural. Almost every pregnant woman will experience similar things at this stage.

Last period from week 27 to delivery. By week 27 the baby movements become very faster and mother feel the kicking of the baby in her stomach? The baby gets all his senses developed fully by week 30. Baby can hear, taste and smell from this week onwards. By week 33 the immune system develops to full and by week 36 baby will be ready to face the new world.

The details outlined here help the parents to track the baby's growth week by week and gives a good perception of how the baby will look like during the particular week. One can monitor the size, mass, and position of the child weekly. Also it provides the expected movements of the child during the pregnancy period.

Week 27 To Week 40

By this time, you will start feeling the kicks of your baby. By the 29th week, your baby has her senses working and her lungs are able to breathe air. By the 32nd week, your baby can see, hear, smell, feel, and taste. She will change her position and her head will slide down in the next three weeks. By the 37th week, you should be prepared for signs of labor.

As you continue to keep a tab on your pregnancy week by week and enter the 40th week, the wait for your baby starts. Be ready; she can arrive any time!

Week thirty-three to thirty six

The baby grows to the length of sixteen inches and weighs four pounds at this stage. It can open-close its eyes, the fingernails too start growing at this stage.

Pregnancy week 35 can be a very exciting time for the mother and father to be. By this time, the mother has been pregnant for around 33 weeks and is probably getting used to the changes her body is going through. With less than two months to go, you're in the home stretch of your pregnancy and should be preparing for the time when your baby comes. At this time, the average fetus weighs about five and a half pounds and is getting fatter every day! Literally, the fat is starting to accumulate around the baby's arms and legs, which means that there is less room to move around in the womb.

For women who are 35 weeks pregnant, the road to their delivery will soon be ending. They can literally see the horizon. At this point, emotions are in high gear as they prepare for motherhood and the joy of holding their child for the first time. With so much behind them, there is only joy and expectation ahead. Women, who are 35 weeks pregnant or 36 weeks pregnant, have achieved a huge milestone. They have experienced the highs and lows of this process. Nausea and morning sickness are things of the past, and fortunately delivery is now the main show. Most women have hit a plateau, as far as weight gain is concerned and are now sailing smoothly.

Week # 35: Some babies may shift to the head down position.

Week thirty-three to thirty six

The baby grows to the length of sixteen inches and weighs four pounds at this stage. It can open-close its eyes, the fingernails too start growing at this stage.

The mother-to-be finds it quite tiring to keep up with all the pregnancy weekly changes taking place during the first few weeks. It is as if her baby knows it, and there is a slowing down during the second trimester. More milestones are reached here by the growing fetus. At 21 weeks, there is continuous development of the baby's legs till they attain the correct proportion to match the rest of the body. Since blood flow is also increasing, the heart has to beat more strongly. The young one is therefore getting ready to face the outside world.

After conception, pregnancy week by week begins to get more difficult. For example, at conception you may experience bloating or spotting. Spotting is normal, and is just a result of the fertilized egg implanting itself in your womb. By week five, you will have to go to the bathroom a lot. This is because your uterus is growing and placing additional pressure on your bladder.

Weekly Pregnancy Calendar
Pregnancy calendars are a handy way of keeping a record of the changes a woman's body and the fetus undergo at specific intervals during the course of the pregnancy. A weekly pregnancy calendar does this on a weekly basis.

The calculation typically begins from the last date of last period and includes the due date of birth, which is generally forty weeks from the first day of the last period. It is a useful tool to monitor the health of the mother and the baby.

A woman’s third trimester will offer a lot of changes and expectations. When you are 26 weeks pregnant, there will be unbelievable experiences during this stage of the journey. Both mother and child will reach milestones during this time, and it’s important to note that preparation is paramount. Knowing what to expect as 26 week pregnant or 27 weeks pregnant, can be the difference between alarm and comfort. Read as much information as you can to help you get ready for this phase of pregnancy! You’ll find that things are pretty much right on schedule and you’re looking forward even more to delivery.

1. Lead a healthy lifestyle just prior to conception – this is vital to having a healthy child.
2. You may actually be pregnant already, if ovulation has taken place in you!
3. The tiny zygote tries to implant itself in your endometrial lining. You may experience some light implantation bleeding now.
4. Do you think you are pregnant? A urine test can confirm it by now.
5. Baby's heartbeat starts off as early as this week!
6. She is starting to develop – her little heart bulges outward from her chest.
7. Hand plates and nasal pits start forming now.
8. Baby's bones and internal genitalia start developing now.
9. Little toe rays start forming now!
10.hank goodness, baby loses her little tail now!

Pregnancy Week 26

A common symptom occurring in the latter half of pregnancy is "Braxton Hicks". These are painless contractions that feel like tightening and relaxing of the uterus. This is the body's way of preparing for labor. The baby's eyes begin opening, and brain wave activity for the visual and auditory systems begins. Lungs continue to develop, and start to expand normally while breathing.

Women 26 weeks pregnant have gained anywhere from twenty-three to twenty-four pounds. Many of them are beginning to experience more areas of discomfort and pressure. This pressure results in more trips to the bathroom. To alleviate these feelings, it is sometimes a good idea to simply stretch on a regular basis.

Conventional treatments include surgical stripping, injecting the veins with a chemical irritant or zapping them with lasers. While these approaches can remove existing varicose or spider veins, they will not prevent new ones from developing, since these high-tech treatments do not address the underlying problem of poor circulation. Worse yet, these procedures can also cause infection, scarring, nerve damage and pain (26). If these radical treatments are not an option for you, you'll be happy to hear that there is a natural approach that not only improves the appearance of these ropy, bulging veins, it also fosters leg health to prevent future problems.

1. Adjustment Disorder With Depressed Mood: A reaction to a stressor. (Loss of a loved one, job, physical illness, move etc.) This type of disturbed mood is usually mild and self-limiting. When symptoms last longer than 6 months another type of depression should be considered. Counseling, therapy and support may be sufficient treatment. Medication is not usually necessary.

2. Dysthymia: A chronic low-level depression. It can be very debilitating and may be a part of the personality. It also can be difficult to treat with medication; therapy is recommended.

Pregnancy is probably one of the most exciting moments in a woman’s life. There are many wonderful things will happen in the next nine months, that you can really enjoy. However, in some women, there is a condition that can turn your pregnancy into quite a difficult time: nausea and vomiting, or people used to call morning sickness. Although morning sickness is becoming common in the pregnancy first stages, it does not mean that you cannot do anything to reduce it. Anyway, this is your precious moment, so don’t let anything ruin your excitement!

Pregnancy spotting is one of the most common pregnancy complications that can occur during the first trimester. Stay calm and do not panic, it is however recommended that you consult your healthcare practitioner. The bleeding may be red, brownish or dark brown in color. They may not be a cause for concern as long as there are no other symptoms such as clots, cramps, fever, chills and dizziness. If you see that the spotting worsens and you need to use a tampon or a sanitary pad it is best to consult your physician without delay.

Pregnancy Week 25-28

By this time, the woman’s uterus is congested and there is less movement of her baby. There is an important thing to note for the mom: her baby can distinguish between darkness and light and can also hear sounds from the external world.

1 - Avoid smoking, drugs, alcohol, and caffeine.

2 - Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times per week, preferrably doing something you enjoy. Walking
is a great exercise as well as swimming or aerobics.

3 - Intercourse timing - Know your ovulation dates and have baby making sex in the days up to and
including your ovulation day. If you just have intercourse whenever you feel like it, you can
still become pregnant, but it's better to focus on the best times to get pregnant in order to
get pregnant faster.

4 - The best sexual position for conception seems to be the missionary (man on top) position, although there are plenty of other positions in which women have gotten pregnant. This position gives the sperm a better chance to reach their destination - the awaiting egg.

Infertility in Women

Infertility in the women is found to be the main cause in getting the women pregnant. In spite of the successful intercourse and the transfer of the sperm to the women ovule and even the ovulation takes place but the chromosomes from the women are not indulged in the ovule and as a result the egg fails to develop in the embryo and the pregnancy is found to be failed in such women. Sometimes infertility in the women is found from the birth. But, very rare cases of infertility from the birth were noted.

Pregnancy Week 25

Hemorrhoids are an uncomfortable symptom that more than half of all pregnant women experience. These are caused by the growing uterus pressing down, in addition to the added blood flow. A diet high in fiber should help this situation. The baby's air sacs will develop in the lungs, and the structures of the spine start to form.

One of the most awaited weeks of pregnancy is pregnancy week 18. During this week, you would be able to know the sex of your baby with the help of an ultrasound. Other than the sex, through an ultrasound, you can also check the development of your baby, the placenta, umbilical cord, amniotic fluid, gestational age of your baby, estimated due date, and possible birth defects.

The developments during this week include the development of your baby's sense of smell, taste, sight, and hearing. Your baby's ears have already reached its final position and he or she can now hear sounds inside your body such as your heartbeat. Your baby may even be startled from outside noises that are loud. His or her eyes are now facing forward and he or she can detect light in case you hold a flashlight against your abdomen.

During pregnancy week 18 you may see a dark line (the linea nigra) stretching from your belly button, down to your pubic bone. You may be feeling your baby moving around now too. If you haven't felt the baby moving yet, please don't worry. Lots of mothers feel nothing at all until as late as twenty two weeks.Your heart is working really hard now, up to 50% harder than normal as your blood flow increases. Many expectant mothers complain of feeling faint or dizzy a this stage, often this is through dehydration, so make sure that you are taking fluids on board regularly. It is also a good idea to have a healthy snack close to hand. It is important now not to over exert yourself. You can still exercise, in fact i highly recommend it, however gentle exercise is the way to go.

Many pregnant women must be wondering while reading this. They want to know that how can they determine the first week of their pregnancy. The first day of the last periods is the first day of your nine months pregnancy. That means the day when your last menstrual period ends is the day where you have to start calculating the length of your pregnancy.

When fertilized egg implants itself into the uterus is the time when the hormonal changes take place. Now body starts to give different signals that something fishy is going on. You must listen to your body to take record of each sign of pregnancy. This is important for the right calculation of the length of pregnancy.

If you have made it to this point in your pregnancy, give yourself a round of applause! Women who are 18 weeks pregnant have nearly completed half of this process. Another milestone is about to be reached, and mother and baby are continuing to grow and develop. At 18 weeks pregnant, women are still sporting the wonderful glow this time brings to both the skin and hair. You may be more comfortable now with your bulging tummy and have enjoyed the movement of your baby. In some cases, women 18 weeks pregnant, experience bouts of full blown kicking from their unborn child.
